we have the coordinates of point P(-3,-3)

The scale factor is 1.82

the rule of the dilation of a point about the origin with scale factor 1.82 is equal to

(x,y) -------> (1.82x, 1.82y)

so

Applying the rule

P (-3,-3) ------> P'(-3*1.82, -3*1.82)

therefore

P'(-5.46,-5.46)
