A client with impaired peripheral pulses and signs of chronic hypoxia in a lower extremity has a femoral angiogram. what is the priority nursing action after the angiogram? Assess the client's affected extremity

Impair in peripheral pulse might be caused by blockage of blood vessels. Doing angiogram might cause the clot that blocking vessel is moved. The nurse should assess patient extremity after examination to make sure the blockade is not worsened.
