To find the perimeter just add the sides

5+5+6 = 16

To find the area, you need to use the following formula

area = (1)/(2)bh
we know b but we need to find the height. We can find the heigh by using pythagorean theorem
a^2 + b^2 = c^2

height =
a^2 + 3^2 = 5^2

a^2 + 9 = 25

a^2  = 25 - 9

a^2 = 16

a = √(16) = 4
h = height = 4

area = (1)/(2)* 6* 4 = 12cm^2

Cost:

6.00 per cm^2 = 6.00 x 12 = $72.00 dollars
