A is the correct answer.

Point Slope Form: y - y₁ = m(x - x₁)

m = slope ⇒ -4/7
Coordinate: (-1 , 4)
x₁ y₁

All you have to do is plug in all of the information above into the formula.

y - 4 = -4/7(x +1)
