The answer is B. Native Americans considered most land to be common for all to use, while Europe's wealthiest owned most of the available land.
Why:
The main way in which the views of Native Americans and Europeans differed in terms of property and ownership was the answer I chose, and als that Europeans felt that in order to own land, you had to develop on the land or farm it in some tangible way.
