Let A be the probability that you throw a 1
Let B be the probability that you don't throw 1
A and B are independent events
P(A)= 1/6 and P(B)= 5/6
Because they are independent you multiply them: 1/6 x 5/6 = 0.138888...
Rounded to the nearest thousandth is 0.139
