x = 7y
xy = 28 so x = 28/y

7y = 28/y
7y^2 = 28
y^2 = 4
y = 2

x = 7y = 7*2 = 14
answer
integers are 2 and 14

double check
14 * 2 = 28
14 = 7(2) = 14

14 and 2, 2*7= 14 and 14*2=28
