Answer: X=-7/10

Step-by-step explanation:bring the 3x and 10x to one side and bring 17 and 7 to the other side and the equation becomes 3x-10x=17-7

Then you get -7x=10

Then you have to divide -7 and 10 and the answer becomes X=-7/10
