Was Truman’s decision to drop the atomic bomb the most effective method to end WW2? Explain.

Yes it was many of the us soilders were dying in the pacific theater during world war 2 after Japan declared they would not surrender in 1945 an atomic bomb was the quickest and less lives of us soilders would be lost.
