Multiply the equation x + 2y = -2 by 5 to make the coefficients of variable x in equal in both the equations.

5(x+2y=-2)=5x+10y=-10

Substract the equation 5x + 10y = -10 from 5x - 3y = 29 to obatin the value of y.

\begin{gathered} 5x-3y-(5x+10y)=29-(-10) \\ 5x-3y-5x-10y=29+10 \\ y=(39)/(-13) \\ =-3 \end{gathered}

Substitute -3 for y in equation 5x + 10y = -10 to obtain the value of x.

\begin{gathered} 5x+10\cdot(-3)=-10 \\ 5x-30=-10 \\ x=(20)/(5) \\ =4 \end{gathered}

So, solution of system of equations is (4,-3).
