Should be 50 square feet. Area of triangle is base x height / 2 and area of rectangle is side1 x side2. In this case, base x height = 25 x 2 = 50, and base =side1 and height=side2.

A rectangle has 2 triangle
∴ 25 feet² × 2 = 50 feet²
