The Treaty of Versailles is an agreement reached after a long negotiation, where at the beginning participated ten states of allied powers. Due to very different and contradictory views of the Heads of State and Ministers who participated these negotiations, which began in January 1919, were reduced to Big Four States, United States, Great Britain, France and Italy by March of the same year. At the time when the agreement was signed on June 28, 1919, on the five-year anniversary of the assassination of Archduke Ferdinand, only three negotiating states remained, the United States, Great Britain and France. This agreement stipulates that Germany must accept the guilt for the war and pay reparations for the damage done.

The answer is: B.
