The Treaty of Versailles is an agreement reached after a long negotiation, where at the beginning participated ten states of allied powers. Due to very different and contradictory views of the Heads of State and Ministers who participated these negotiations, which began in January 1919, were reduced to Big Four States, United States, Great Britain, France and Italy by March of the same year.
