I NEED THIS ANSWERED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE PLEASE!!

The rule below shows how the weight in pounds of a lamb depends on its age in months. Multiply the age in months by 24 and then add 8.
If W = weight in pounds and x = age in months, which equation expresses the rule above?
A.W(x) = 24(x + 8)
B.W(x) = 8(x + 24)
C.W(x) = 8x + 24
D.W(x) = 24x + 8

The answer would be D. This is because in order to get W you would have to multiply 24 by the age (X) and add 8
