The answer to this question is colostrum.

colostrum is the liquid that is secreted from the mothers breast after a baby is born, it is rich in antibodies and nutrients and it acts as "pre breast milk" for the newborn until the breast milk comes in, it is also used to stop the spread of disease because of the antibodies that is in it.

Hey!

Although the answer may seem to be lactation, it's actually not. Colostrum is actually created during pregnancy and it's only secreted for the first days after the baby birth. It has important vitamins and antibodies that come from the mom that will help the baby create his/her immune system. After that, lactation takes place. Your answer would be B!

Thanks!
