Answer: y = -2x+9

-----------------------

Work Shown:

The slope of the line y = -2x+4 is m = -2
Any line parallel to this line will also have a slope of m = -2
Parallel lines have equal slopes

Plug this slope, along with the given point (x1,y1) = (1,7) into the point slope formula. Then isolate y

y - y1 = m(x - x1)
y - 7 = -2(x - 1)
y - 7 = -2x + 2
y - 7 + 7 = -2x + 2 + 7
y = -2x + 9
