SOLUTION

The sum of two interior angles = an exterior opposite angle

Therefore, 36 + x = (2x + 8)

\begin{gathered} 36+x=(2x+8) \\ 36+x=2x+8\text{ } \\ \text{Collecting like terms } \\ 2x-x=36-8 \\ x=28^o \end{gathered}

The lower right interior angle is x. And x = 28 degrees

The upper right exterior angle is 2x + 8

\begin{gathered} 2x+8 \\ 2(28)+8 \\ 56+8 \\ 64^o \end{gathered}

Therefore, the upper right exterior angle is = 64 degrees
