The sum of the probabilities of an event E and its complement E' is 1,

that is P(E)+P(E')=1, where E' is "not E".

The event E can happen in 4 ways, because there are four 2's that can be drawn.

P(E)=n(E)/52=4/52=0.08

P(E')=1-P(E)=1-0.08=0.92
