The children of teenage mothers are more likely to have lower school achievement and to drop out of high school, have more health problems, be incarcerated at some time during adolescence, give birth as a teenager, and face unemployment as a young adult.

Some of these are untrue:
Dropping out of high school: no
Be incarcerated: no
Unemployment: Only if the above two happen
Give birth as a teenager: unfortunately an often occurrence
Lower School Achievements: Depends on how the child was raised, nothing to do with where it was a teen pregnancy or not.
If the answer you're looking for is "Yes this is true or No this is not true" I'd put "Yes this is true".
