point O is the center of the given circle
FDE = 49 degrees
so arc FE = 49x2 =98
arc DF = 180
so arc DE = 180 -98 = 82

answer

arc DE = 82

Answer:

82^(o)

Explanation:

I assumed you are asking about the angle size of minor arc DE.

OD and OE are radii and therefore are equal.

So triangle ODE must be isosceles. That makes angle OED also 49 degrees.

Using sum of interior angles of a triangle DOE = 180 - (49+49)= 82 degrees.

Note: Your question is ambiguous. There are two arc DE's in this question:

The minor arc, straight from D to E along the circumference

The major arc, from D along the circumference to F then E. That is also arc DE
