The answer is Airport Facility Directory, Distant (D) NOTAMs and Local (L) NOTAMS. This was based on Flying Magazine, September 1997. Also, based on the rules and regulations of Los Angeles International Airports, a NOTAM is issued to ensure the whole area of the airport is unsafe for landing. This would eventually close the whole place. This event would ensure the safety of the people in the area.
