(APEX) Factor a number, variable, or expression out of the trinomial shown below:

4x2 – 16x + 8

The answer to this question is : D.4(x2 – 4x + 2)

Funny... I'm doing a lesson on factoring right now :)

The Greatest Common Factor would be 4, the biggest number that divides into all of them evenly. You would factor out the 4.

4(x² - 4x + 2)
