Alex's doctor says he has great strength and flexibility, but she is worried about Alex's cardiorespiratory health. The doctor asks him to list the activities he participates in regularly. Alex lists weightlifting, karate, rollerblading, and bowling. Which activity should Alex's doctor encourage him to participate in more often to increase his cardiorespiratory health?

The answer is Rollerblading. If its in a long duration of time and is aerobic, that should be the answer. As long as you're breathing as well as you should :)

Answer:

The correct answer is- rollerblading

Step-by-step explanation:

Cardiorespiratory health is important to remain healthy and prevent cardiorespiratory diseases like lung cancer, heart stroke, diabetes, etc. The best way to increase cardiorespiratory fitness is by doing aerobic exercise regularly.

Rollerblading is an aerobic exercise which can increase our heart rate up to 140-160 beats per minute. Rollerblading regularly makes our lungs and heart healthy and increase our cardiorespiratory fitness. In weightlifting, karate and bowling heart rate and respiration rate is not increased too much. So the correct answer is rollerblading.
