m = mass = 2kg

Diameter = 50 cm

radius= diameter /2= 50/2 = 25cm = 0.25m

w= angular velocity = 5 rad/s

L= I x W

I =2/5 * m*r^2 = 2/5 * 2 * 0.25^2 = 0.05 kgm^2

L= I x W = 0.05 * 5 = 0.25 kgm^2 / s
