How to convert a radical expression into a radical exponent

1 Answer

5 votes
Radical expressions are written in the form
\sqrt[n]{x^(r)}.

To convert them into a radical exponent, you just take n and r, and put them into this fraction form:
(r)/(n).

For example:

\sqrt[3]{x^(2)}=x^{ (2)/(3)

Hope this helps!
