140°
multiplying by 180/pi give you a degree measure

To convert into degrees:
1. You should know the percentage of the angle with respect to 2pi:
(7pi/9) / (2pi) = 7/18
2. Then, multiply the ratio to the 2pi angle in degrees, which is 360
360 * (7/18) = 140
