slpe intercept form is
y = mx + b where m=slope and b = y-intercept

so here we have
y = -x - 2

standard form is x + y = -2

You need to go from slope-intercept (
y=mx+b) to standard form (
ax + by = c).

slope-intercept form of your provided values:

y=-x-2
now, solve for x and y

x+y=-2

Your answer is
x+y=-2.
