It is incorrect because -3 is less than 0

Explanation:

Say we have a number line that is- uhm

-5 to five so he numbers would look somewhat like

-5 -4 -3 -2 -1 0 1 2 3 4 5

(lesser to greater)

if you take -3>1-1 and simplify 1-1

you would now have -3>0

this statement says -3 is greater than 0

if you look on our number line which goes from lesser to greater then you see that -3 is less than 0 therefore -3>1-1 is incorrect.
