The approximately range of the telegraphic speech development that we can expect on Katie on how she says “me scared” is in her Toddler years like 1 year to 3 years old. Toddlers may construct around 2 to 4 words that you will hear from them or sometimes a short sentence that we parents seldom hear from them.
