Answer: High density lipoproteins (HDL)

High density lipoprotein can transport back cholesterol and sometimes called "good cholesterol". Patient with too low high-density lipoprotein will be considered having dyslipidemia(disturbance in cholesterol concentration) when other cholesterol considered as dyslipidemia if its too high.
