The two correct answers are A)The SAT is paper based whereas ACCUPLACER is computer based and C) SAT is timed whereas ACCUPLACER is untimed.
That is the main difference between these two tests. Both can be taken at your high school to determine the level of your skills when it comes to particular subjects. However, you can take as much time as you need to complete ACCUPLACER (although it is usually finished in 90 minutes) and you have to take it online, which is different than SAT.
