The percentage of children who drown under these circumstance is 88%. Drowning is the second leading cause of injury related death among children aged 1 to 14. Generally, drowning usually occur during recreational activities. Children involved are usually under the supervision of parents or relatives but they are usually left unattended to for a little time, during which the disaster usually occur.
