Both positive and humanistic psychology share a focus on human potential, identification, and strengths.
Positive psychology has to do with our strengths as individuals which enable us and our communities to prosper. Similarly, humanistic psychology, studies self-actualization, which is the highest degree of human happiness and accomplishment through our strengths and ambitions.
