the answer is D. It would provide more long-term energy than short-term energy, because it has disaccharides, but not the fats contained in whole milk.

Low fat milk contains dissacharides, thus it will provides short term energy more than long time energy. due to its lack of fat. Whole milk contains both fat and sugar, thus it is more suitable for production of long term energy. The quantity of fat in these two milk is the big difference between them.
