(r+1)th term of (a +x)^n = nCr a^(n-r)x^r

so 5th term of (3x - 3y)^7 = 7C4 * (3x)^(7-4) (-3y)^4 (NOTE r = 4)

= 35 * 27x^3 * 81y^4

= 76545 x^4y^3
