Need help with math problem

Multiply

(3x – 7)(3x – 5)

9x 2 + 6x + 35

(3x – 7)(3x – 5) term by term
1 step: 3x term
3x*3x - 3x*5 the minus comes as you multiply by -2
2 step: -7 term
-7*3x + 7*5 the second plus comes from -*-=+

add these together
3x*3x-3x*5-7*3x+7*5 and do the multiplications:
9x^2 -15x-21x+35=9x^2-36x+35
