(-5x^3+15x^2-10x)/(-5x)

We divide the whole expression by -5x

When we divide by negative the sign of each term changes

We divide each term separately by -5x

-5x^3 / -5x = x^2

15x^2 / -5x = -3x

-10x/ -5x = +2

So the expression becomes x^2 - 3x +2
