Since, when you think about it...D. doesn't make any sense (Russia isn't an Islamic nation, but places like Persia and India are). and Russians are known o be a strict and cold nation (not that I personally agree) so Russians wouldn't just "share" the wealth of Mongols) so B couldn't be a choice either.
