Which BEST describes the role of a restorative nursing assistant? (***HINT what does restorative mean?)

A- suggesting that a patient who can walk, but is not very sturdy on his feet, use a wheelchair (will not help patient get stronger or more independent)
B- putting an oxygen tank on a patient while he is sleeping and not experiencing labored breathing (this patient does not need oxygen, will not help them improve))
C- allowing a patient who is having trouble speaking to write down what she wants instead of talking (will not help then patient improve)

Well I think the answer would be D- help them become independent
