6x + 7 = 13x - 9
-6x -6x
7 = 7x - 9
+9 +9
16 = 7x
x = 2.28571428571

6x + 7 = 13x - 9
7 + 9 = 13x - 6x
16 = 7x
16/7 = x....or 2 2/7 = x
