Explain why Hitler embarked on an aggressive foreign policy in the 1930s.

He believed that the foreign European powers and the United States of America were imperialist forces that worked against Germany and wanted to ruin it. He wanted to establish a strong and independent German nation under his party that would be the main force in Europe, but he couldn't while they were around, so he began bullying them which eventually led to world war 2.
