Moh's surgery conserves the most skin during the surgical process of removing skin cancer. Not only does it conserve the most, it has a success rate of 97%-99.8%. It is performed by accurately identifying the cancerous cells at an extremely accurate microscopic level, and then freezing and cutting the affected sections. Another benefit of Moh's surgery is that it can be used on very sensitive areas where sometimes other techniques can not be used.
