First, I would change the equation into the standard form (y = mx + b) to make it easier to solve.
10x + 5y = 15
5y = -10x + 15
y = -5x + 3

Now, you would need to plug the values in. You don't even need to use the y values, because after you plug in the x then you'll see which y you get.

y = -5(0) + 3
y = 0 + 3
y = 3

So when x is 0, y is 3.
This eliminates both A and C since they have 1.5 as the y when x is 0, which is false.

Now, plug in the next numbers.

10x + 5y = 15
10(1) + 5(1) = 15
10 + 5 = 15
15 = 15

When x is 1, y is also 1. This means that D is also eliminated.

From these, we can tell that B is the correct answer.
