That statement is false

In order to be a good driver, you need to follow many regulations even if it cause a lot more time for you to reach your destination. (such as following traffic lights, not cutting out another drivers, etc).

This would require a lot of patience that could only be achieved if you strive to develop positive attitude on and off the road.
