(x-x_a)^2+(y-y_a)^2}=r^2 \\ x_a=3, \ \ y_a=5, \ \ r=2 \\ \\ \\ (x-3)^2+(y-5)^2}=2^2 \\ \boxed{(x-3)^2+(y-5)^2=4}
