(h○j)(x)=h(j(x))
(h○j)(x)=-4x-1
(h○j)(5)=-4(5)-1
(h○j)(5)=-20-1
(h○j(5)=-21

first find what j(5) is
j(5)=-4(5)=-20
so
h(j(5))=h(-20)=-20-1=-21
