take 2 of ur points...any 2 of them, then use the slope formula.

slope(rate of change) = (y2 - y1) / (x2 - x1)
(1,2)...x1 = 1 and y1 = 2
(3,5)...x2 = 3 and y2 = 5
now sub into the formula
slope(rate of change) = (5 - 2) / (3 - 1) = 3/2 <==

The slope or velocity is constant if it is a linear relationship. And that constant velocity is (y2-y1)/(x2-x1)

In this case it is (11-8)/(7-5)=(8-5)/(5-3)=etc=3/2

So the slope is 3/2.
