Create a factorable polynomial with a GCF of 2y. Rewrite that polynomial in two other equivalent forms. Explain how each form was created.

so first thing you need to know that GCF is greatest common factor
to make a polynomial you need to do ax2 + bx + c = 0

4xy^2 + 8x^2y = 2xy( y + 3x)

here you go two forms
but remember here they are asking to make the GCF 2 so the powers can't go greater than 2
