The nurse should explain as to why the reason his or her doctor suggested that treatment because of what she or he is experiencing right now. Explaining and elaborating the proper procedures and reasons why it is likely needed to follow the doctor's order is needed for the patient to understand and to be clarified of in order for his or her to know the reason why she or he needs it and to keep his or herself from complaining.
