So to add on to the other person's response, you should get Y = 3/4x + 2

Okie dokey, so by "Slope Intercept Form", they mean "y=mx+b".
In order to achieve this form, you must use "y2-y1/x2-x1"
(Second Y-Coordinate subtracted by the the first Y-Coordinate, divided by the second X-Coordinate subtracted by the first x-coordinate)
This will provide you with the slope of the line.
The intercept is where the line intercepts the y-axis.
mx=Slope
b= y-intercept
