5x(3 x^(4) y)^3=5x\cdot 27x^(12)y^3=135x^(13)y^3

(ab)^c=(a^c)(b^c)
and

(x^m)^n=x^(mn)
and

(x^m)(x^n)=x^(m+n)


so


5x(3x^4y)^3=5x(3^3)((x^4)^3)(y^3)=5x(27)(x^(12))(y^3)=135x^(13)y^3
